A swirl of colors, textures, and movement greets you at Daler, a space that feels alive with celebration. Golden pinwheels hover overhead, mirrors multiply light and reflections, and every curve, surface, and installation seems to hum with the joy of festivity. The interiors carry the energy of a traditional Indian celebration, yet every element is carefully composed, giving the space a rhythm that is dynamic, yet intimate. There’s an effortless charm here—playful, grand, and warmly inviting all at once.

Spanning 2,100 sq. ft., the restaurant is divided across three thoughtfully curated levels. The ground floor hosts à la carte dining, complemented by a welcoming waiting area. The second floor unfolds into a lively bar and buffet space, while the third level offers private dining rooms for a quieter, more intimate experience.

The design palette balances vibrancy with sophistication—grey concrete finishes and teal accents harmonize with black-and-white flooring, fluted glass, and reflective surfaces. A dramatic ceiling installation, reminiscent of a giant wheel, ties the interiors together, evoking the grandeur of traditional Indian festivities. Every fixture, material, and corner is carefully orchestrated to create a cohesive and immersive environment.

Daler is more than a dining venue; it is an experience where celebration meets design, where every visit feels alive with energy, movement, and crafted delight. It’s a space that doesn’t just host meals—it hosts moments.
